The scan is free and complete, so you can see what the app will do for you before you pay anything.

AmpleCapacity does not offer refunds. Please use the free scan before you buy: it shows you exactly what the app would clear on your Mac, in full, without payment.
Dodo Payments may still refund
AmpleCapacity is sold by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and are the seller on your receipt. Their buyer terms say refunds are “provided at the sole discretion of Dodo Payments and on a case-by-case basis”. That discretion is theirs, not ours, and this policy does not remove it.
Your legal rights are not affected
Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel an online purchase of digital goods, that right stands regardless of what this page says.
Cancellation
Both licences are a single payment. There is no subscription, nothing recurring, and so nothing to cancel. You are never charged again.
If the app does not work
Write to hello@amplecapacity.com before asking for money back. Most problems are a licence key that has not arrived or a permission macOS has not granted, and both are quick to fix.
